Professional Services Order

Scope of Services: Land Boundary Survey – Consultation, plat and written description in accordance with Kentucky Minimum Standards for Boundary Surveys - 201 KAR 18.150

Client agrees, by signing this Professional Service Order, to engage Curd Surveying, Engineering and Land Consulting, Inc. to perform professional land surveying services. All projects are billed hourly and estimated on an individual basis due to the wide range and complexity of services provided. Estimates are not a guarantee of total project cost.

Final payments are due upon completion of projects. All fees 30 days past due are charged at 1.5% per month on the unpaid balance. All opinions of the consultant are for the sole use and benefit of the client. Nothing contained in this agreement shall create a contractual relationship with any third party.

This order is valid for 30 days. In the event of termination of services for any reason whatsoever, the client shall pay Curd Surveying and Land Consulting, Inc. for all services to the date of termination.
